Shipping Information:
All of our products are shipped via UPS
(United Parcel Service). All artwork is unframed.
Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 business days. Please, allow a few extra days for UPS to get it to your location. We supply UPS tracking information with each shipment via email. Therefore, you can track the package via the UPS website once it leaves our facility. UPS can be reached at www.ups.com.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation

The
product MUST
be returned in the same condition it was shipped from our warehouse, unless you
file a freight claim. Freight
claims MUST be reported to Stone
Visions within three days
and the freight carrier MUSTbe notified immediately.
